Information we collect

We use Fathom to record and transcribe some video calls. We will tell you before recording starts and, where required, ask for your consent. If you do not want a call recorded, please tell us before or at the start of the call.

Direct marketing

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that do not become client work: up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact.

  • Call recordings and transcripts: for 24 months, unless a longer period is reasonably required for a legal, contractual or business purpose.

  • Marketing suppression records: for as long as necessary to ensure that we do not contact you again when you have opted out.

 

Retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the information, legal requirements and the circumstances of the relationship.
